Looks as though my effort to lose weight is paying off. I'm exercising and dieting. I'm allowing myself days off, so I can slowly integrate my more permanent eating styles. I'd like to see less grains, less junk, more fruits / greens and proteins in my diet. I find that when I stick to this lifestyle the weight just falls off. Also trying to graze more to keep my metabolism up. Choosing foods like celery and carrots to snack on feels like a right choice.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
