Little fluctuations like this aren't important on their own, especially if you know what causes them. I use my red arrow days to motivate me to make the next a green. (Looking at the cupboard) "I'd like a snack, but I was up a tick today, so I'll skip it today. Maybe if I'm green tomorrow." type of self talk.
