Weight went up. I'm suspecting it is water retention. Extremely sore. Have degenerative disk problems in my back and neck. Over did the work thing last weekend and I have been paying for it since. Cut down 11 or 12 big pine trees by myself and cut them up and stacked them within a few days. It was a lot. I hope the water weight goes down and I see some loss again.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
