Well, I'm at -8 pounds, which feels good, and I'm not miserable, grumpy, or anything. I don't feel starved (most of the time) I feel empowered. I have control over what I shove in my mouth. I'm the boss of that.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
