I woke up at 183 yesterday and got down to 182.5 later in the day. Today I woke up at 182.8 - perhaps that means I'll get down to 182 or 182.2 within the day. We'll see.

Update: Yes, indeed, got down to 182.2.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
