I think I've reached a plateau! it has made me so sad that I'm considering doing a 5-day Juice cleanse after Easter weekend. Friends, please let me know how to break the ceiling of this plateau I've reached?

I you don't mind eating a lot of eggs, there's always some egg fasts that you can do. Just google Egg fasting, Banting members use that when they reach a plateau.

maybe take cm instead of keeping your eye on the scale Nr you get too a point where the body gets use to what you do and eat , maybe try something different in fitness and eat other foods. I find that the scale is some times stuck on one number but my clothes fit much better or lose. Good luck and just don't give up :-)
