I am disappointed with this Number, although it's only been 2 days since I weighed in. I fell down the stairs on Sunday and sprained /broke my foot. Since then my whole leg and foot has been really swollen, and I'm wondering if the small drop has to do with that maybe. I have been really good at my eating, even went to a birthday celebration yesterday and made all the right choices. I hope it's nothing more than that!
