Still starving. Didn't have time to cook a big meal. Just ate chicken followed up by a few sunflower seeds for a snack. I'll have some cucumber slices later.

Doing pretty well though.
Did a yoga class this morning and a 15 minute core class this afternoon. and of couse chased the kids around the rest of the day.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Make sure you drink a lot of water. It's good to have something in one's stomach when one is fasting or close to starving oneself, for whatever reason. If not, the buildup of acid in the stomach, intended for digesting food, will digest a piece of the wall of the stomach, producing an ulcer of sorts. You seem to be doing a great job, keep it up!
