Having to lay low on the workouts due to joint problems so I'm feeling discouraged about that but abstaining from alcohol and watching my nutrition closely seems to be enough!!
244.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week
