A week of change this week which made fulfilling the challenges more tricky, but happily I have managed to maintain my week. Once we get settled into the routine of our new posting normal service will be resumed.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1240 kcal Fat: 49.55g | Prot: 49.36g | Carb: 148.25g.   Breakfast: Home Made Muesli, Alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Heinz Salad Cream, Aldi Pickled Sliced Beetroot, Green Sweet Pepper, Tesco Mixed Leaf Salad, Cucumber, Morrisons Free Range Hard Boiled Eggs, Tesco Baby Plum Tomatoes, Tesco Baby New Potatoes, Quiche. Dinner: Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Home Made Mini Mince Pie, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0.3 cm Fat), Asda Small Granary Roll. Snacks/Other: Doritos Hot Salsa Dip, Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, Nescafe Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...
