Ok, so managed to not gain any this week by the grace of God! Now, to reaffirm my commitment to lose weight and get the fat and flab off and muscle on. I must keep my head in the game and not lose sight of the ultimate goal. Forward we march in this war of food vs the body.
312.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 127.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
