Wow! I weighed myself this morning - 185. Then a mid-day: 184! I went to the grocery store to pick up some more fat free milk and pumpkin puree for tomorrow when I start the "Cruise" phase. I had to walk through the bakery aisle and although I did smell all that sugary-carby goodness, I didn't feel much in the way of temptation.

It sounds crazy but I can feel myself losing weight. Anytime I'm in a period of weightloss, I can literally feel myself burning more calories than I'm taking in.

Apparently fat free, sugar free pudding is not really allowed in the Attack or Cruise phase, but I made it and I'm going to finish it by mixing it with fat free greek yogurt and eating occasionally for a snack. I've read mixed opinions on this online - some people say they ate FF SF pudding with no ill effect on their weightloss while others emphasize that it's 'banned' by Dukan. Oh well, maybe it is, but I know for a fact that I will continue to lose weight by eating 0 fat and practically 0 carbs and working out every day.

Today I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and I also took the stairs 4 times at work. No elevators for me!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not fat is not good!! You need good fat in your diet to keep bad fat off. Fat doesn't make you fat Insulin makes you fat which is produced when too much processed sugar enters your body, The more processed food is the more insulin you produce. You need to add some good fat like raw nuts organic peanut or almond butter, avocado and lots of fish!! You need the Omega 3s. You may notice weight loss because your starving your body but as soon as you eat something bad or change back to a more balanced diet you will gain weight back because you will store everything because you starved your body. So bad for you!! I have done this when I was in high school for 3 years got super super skinny then start each a more balanced diet an incorporated more variety foods and I sprang back to where I was and more. I have learned al ot since then. Try to add a little good fat and carbs like sweet potatoes are great for you. will make you super lean and strong!!

Hey Ashley - I know all the objections but I'm on the Dukan diet and for a finite period of time, you cut out fat. It's a 4 stage diet and in the latter two stages, you add fat back in. Don't worry - I've been eating lots and LOTS of all kinds of fat this entire year - my body won't suffer too much from a limited time of no fat.
