Don't know what's going on really, up and down like a yo yo ( weight wise).. I'm not doing anything different, only thing that's changed is I'm eating Snack a jacks as a Snack, so think I'm going to cut them out as that's the only thing that's changed.. Majorly bummed again. But I'm not going to give up, it's crazy as this time last year I give up and started eating crap again, but it's not going to get the better f me this time... I think this time it's not about a diet it's about a lifestyle change as I want to keep the new/ good eating habits for the rest of my day.. It's a change in lifestyle I'm walking just over 2 miles daily now, I'm increasing that slowly due to my back problems.. Anyway hope everyone is kicking butt... Good luck all and one bit of advice DONT give up when the going gets tuff, kick its ass instead 🙂
237.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
