I am back at the gym and excited about it. I took a break over the holidays, but that was mostly due to illness. It wasn't as packed as I thought it was going to be, so that's positive. I am taking it slowly and realistically, but I may need some help toning my back and arms.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
