I did fall off but I'm right back on. It's embarassing to say but I gained 10 lbs in a month in a half. I'm just thinking this is ridiculous! I stopped working out and eating right. I have to realize this a life style change. I can not continue fooling myself. I'm trying p90x and it's goin well even though it's my second day I can feel the burn! Lol.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
