I almost did it! I was 0.4 pounds away from reaching my weekly goal for myself, but I am happy with the 1.6 pound loss.
I'm not sure if I'm going to make the 15 pound loss by Nov. 11, but I'm doing my best!
Also, this is the smallest I've been in my adult life! Feels great!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
