This week took its toll on me. Too much stress and eating to calm the nerves. Not being able to cycle all week due to injuries..... Just a bad formula.
312.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 127.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

POOR BABY, WE ALL HAVE WEEKS LIKE THAT. JUST TRY TO REMEMBER - THIS IS FOR LIFE - NOT JUST A WEEK. IT WILL GET BETTER AGAIN. :)
