Had tummy tuck surgery a couple of weeks ago. Still recovering. This was the first time stepping on the scale since then.

185.0 lb Lost so far: 155.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.3 lb a week

Thanks! That was the first question I asked! They removed about 5.5 lbs of loose skin around my entire waist.
