I have to say I was totally shocked when I checked the scale this morning. I was not expecting to lose as much weight as I did. I followed my diet very close, but had a few moments where I slipped up and went over my points for the day. I'm very proud of myself!
288.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
