was trying to add in some carbs to my daily intake to see what I could have and still manage my weight... been almost a month having under 100 carbs but on most days more than 30 and I am only up .8lbs... not too bad but now its time to hit that 165 number on the scale so back to ultra low it is!! I need to get that beach body ready for summer LOL!!

Instead of doing it on a daily basis, maybe carb-cycling...one day ultra-low, then next keeping it under 100, then back to ulta-low. It would give you more variety.

especially as you get to your goal weight and want to incorporate a night out, or just have pizza because...its pizza... :-)
