Got into a Jan/Feb funk and stopped working out/didn't track my food.

Back to the basics and getting ready to track my food, walk a little bit each day and hit the gym/weights 3-5 times a week.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
