Well, I'm back to my weight that I was at 2 weeks ago which is great! I did take a look at my carbs and noted that I was eating too much. This past week, I've remove some of the carbs like the whole wheat dinner roll that I using have for my sandwich. Yesterday we went out for lunch at work for Thai and the waitress forgot to bring the rice which was great because I didn't need it!
I came down with a cold on Wednesday afternoon. But I still did a workout Wed. evening. So my muscles are sore and I don't know if it is from the workout or the cold! Anyway, taking it easy for a few days.
This weekend is going to be busy. My son has 2 birthday parties tomorrow to go to, so I will be tagging along but I have no plans to eat any cake. It's not my birthday.
Anyway, I hope this finds you all well buddies! Take care!

Great news. I hope you find things continue to progress now. One thing, are you monitoring Net Carbs?? -As opposed to total carbs. Its Net Carbs that is the most relevant. Sorry if you knew that. I hope the weekend activities go well and you arent too deafened at the parties, LOL!!! And I also hope you have soon shaken off that cold. It seems to me that you are the odd one out if you have managed to side step a cold this year! x

Hi Aggie,
Good move on the carbs; good move on the cake also. When you shake that cold, I'm sure you'll feel better.

". . . I have no plans to eat any cake. It's not my birthday." -- That's awesome! I totally have to remember that line in future.

Good for you on the lower carbs - I'm sure you will find that it continues to help. I have been staying away from all processed carbs (except on special occasions), and have been happy with the results. Enjoy your weekend.
