192.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weigh in went well this morning however today isn't going very well as far as eating goes. I should know, I need that eight hours of sleep. When I get it, I can stick to my target, when I do not get the sleep it is difficult to have the willpower to resist the temptations of sweets and other things I like to eat. This morning I already consumed over 1200 calories and it isn't even noon yet. Usually it take me until 3 or 4 to consume that many calories. Oh well - maybe I can sneak a power nap in at some point. Thank you supporters. I love those nicknames; "Cream puff" and "constantly tempted" - lol - sounds like the story of my life. When I was in Basic combat training so many years ago (this was before the nicer, gentler army, when they used to berate the trainees.) I had a drill sergeant that called everyone cream puff. We had one drill where we went into a building. When we got in, they dropped some tear gas grenades. We quickly got into our protective gear and could see the gas all around us but we were safe with all our gear on. Then the drill sergeant standing there with nothing on as if he was some kind of god and it didn't bother him, said "take those masks off!" Huh? "Yeah, you Cream Puff" he yelled. It wasn't directed at anyone in particular, but everyone. Then he went down the line asking us questions because everyone was holding their breath. Of course sooner or later you had to take a deep breath, to answer him and when you did your chest felt like it blew up on fire. Oh the "good old days" such fond memories - but I digress - lol thank you all, time to get on with my day. Down 9.5 lbs since I returned to this diet plan and 12.5 to go - - on my way ...again...

I would allow myself the day to not think about how much I ate allready. Allow yourself to cheat today, but make sure to get your 8 hour sleep. Tomorrow is another day. Given toyou to get back on track. Take care.

Thanks, nayta - good advice, it will be heeded. That's always the best route to take. Glad you liked it, kpwcalories, sometimes I get a little carried away when I have nothing better to do.
