You will get 100 opinions lol. I've done all in my past. To me, it's the one you can stick to the best. Every time I do low carb, under 20, I stop because I can't handle it. Others can. I stick to lower carb, low calorie. But if I want something sweet I will. Like a no sugar added fudgesicle or fruit with whipped cream. I fail every time I do super low carb. Good Luck in how you decide to go.

depends who you talk to... Atkins seems good so long as you don't eat the prepackaged crap from the store..... I'm on Low Carb High Fat...I've lost 22.5 pounds since jam 5th. the information is on www.dietdoctor.com... some go vegan, some calorie count .... I've seen a lot of people drop a lot with LCHF though. but to each their own. hope you find a plan that works for you

My own opinion again from my own experience. I would say walking first. I bought an elliptical and it's just sitting there, it's very hard for me right now. Hopefully I will get better at it or I just wasted money.

I have a home gym and an elliptical. .... I don't touch them... but i have weights I use when I watch tv with the baby and leg weights I wear most of the day so when I'm making coffee or something I can do some exercise. ... so ya.. start walking or something first anything is better than the nothing we were doing before lol

RD said to eat 20%protein,30%fat and 50% carbs. It's been working well for me. If I eat this balanced diet I do not get as hungry and green tea helps me. To lose weight eat 500 cals less a day. I track all my cals the best I can and try to stay under 1200 cals which is recommended for my age,height and activity level.

Keep your calorie intake led than your output. Your macros(protien/carb/fat) breakdown depends on your goals and activities. Also your body. Pay attention as you go to how your body reacts to foods.
