Glad the weight was lower in the morning when I weighed! It wasn't until last night that I realized that I was getting worked up and annoyed about gaining A TENTH of a pound. That's insane...to get so silly over TENTHS of pounds instead of gaining FULL POUNDS! And even then, with as much as I've lost, it's not even worth comparing, in a sense. I'm going to make a conscious effort to be less finicky about something so insignificant and focus on the big picture: I've lost almost half of my goal, I see a difference, and feel healthier and happier! =)

Currently feel: Enlightened...and still stressed (lol), gotta get moving on my Lab Report that's due tomorrow. ;p
Overall throughout the day: Felt amazing, especially after my elliptical-calistenics-kickboxing-circuit training! And the steam room break, my favorite part!! :D
Disheartened to find out a good friend's wife died of cancer after 11 years of fighting it, my grandmother's dog died, and a new acquaintance is showing suicidal tendancies (literally) after getting too serious over my sister...it's been a helluva 36 hrs...
177.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too get frustrated when the scale doesn't do what I want it to do. However, as you so correctly say, it's just not worth it to sweat the small stuff (no pun intended). It's about the long run, the big picture and all that. You're doing great, just keep going, and you'll see the results. Gaining a little is fully expected when you weigh in daily. Most likely, you didn't gain fat. :) If you like to see more numbers, look into the smart scales. They're very affordable and will show you fat percentage and many other things. It's very comforting to see the Fat% going down when the scale won't otherwise budge. That means that things are still happening. :)

Good job recognizing that you are putting yourself through mental anxiety for nothing. That darn scale is going to do what it wants but the most important thing is how you FEEL about your progress. You've done a phenomenal job and you should be PROUD of yourself. Enjoy the achievements and (as Kingkeld said) don't sweat the small stuff.

Thanks, both of you! I need to go back to my mantra that I picked up while in Australia: "No worries!" :D
