So I'm starting fresh. I've been struggling with this things for what feels like forever and getting frustrated when the things that I am doing don't work (I'm getting my thyroid tested) and then fall off the wagon. So when I went to get my thyroid blood work done, I apparently have high cholesterol which surprised me. So when the doctor gave me this "diet" that I am supposed to follow I read through it, the only things that I eat that are on the "avoid" list is cheese and eggs, which I use as a protein because I don't really like to eat meat, other than white chicken meat. Is it possible to be hyper sensitive to these things? There is some heart issues in my family and it didn't make sense that I had a cholesterol problem...and she did check me right after christmas which may have affected things. I dunno
