Well, I did good! I lost another 1.2 pounds. I am very pleased with myself. Even though thanks giving came and went, I managed to eat well and not over indulge.

I have a new goal to start riding my bike to work every morning rather then having richard drive me 4/5 days a week. I need to ride there and back 5x/week. This will up my activity points and help me to lose weight quicker.

187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
