Quite a naughty week for me, must get my act together and keep off the sweet stuff or I'll be in the naughty corner in April. Must try harder. Just because my weight is ok does not mean my sugars are. And yesterday at the pub did not help when I go out intending to have starter and mains and end up having mains and pud....seduced by the bread and butter pudding......but it was yummy, and then did no exercise at all. Bad Deborah, naughty Deborah!!!!
