Week Six of 2016


Plan for 2016
- Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. To be seen
- No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Missed
- Veggies with every dinner. Missed one day!
- No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Met!


This week was the perfect storm of disaster as far as healthy goes. Up at 4:40 to get overtime in at work, missing my gym time due to having showings most nights. Home for dinner after the showings led to bedtime between 1030 and 11. Lack of sleep and additional stress eating = no bueno.

I ended January at 175.4. To hit the goal of a loss of half a pound a month, I need to see 174.9 (unless I want to play it as an average of half a pound a month, in which case the 1.8 I was down from the start of the year would take care of it. But that's counterproductive).

I feel awful. Constantly tired and a much higher instance of depression and wild emotions than typical. Need to get back with my veggies.

176.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's major amount of stress. I hope the rest of this month is so much better. Bring your healthy snacks with you and lots of water.
