Mom's birthday was this week and I had a little bit too much cake! But other than that I feel like I did decently. Have to get back to tracking every day, though. I definitely feel like not tracking kind of impeded my progress this week - I exercised, but I kind of over ate a bit.

I track all my stuff on another website, & I've found it extremely helpful. I'm accountable to myself & find that it keeps me conscious of what I'm eating - my biggest thing! - as well as making sure that I get in some exercise pretty well every day. I used to think that tracking wasn't such a big deal, that it wouldn't make a difference, but for me it has. I see that it does for you, too.

Yeah, tracking makes such a big difference for me! Sometimes I'll take a break from it and (most of the time) I can maintain while doing that, but I'm not able to lose. Seeing the actual numbers really reminds me I don't need all the food that I want... What's the other tracker you use? I know there's a lot out there :)
And thanks! She seemed like she had a good day, we didn't plan anything big but I think she was actually happy about that :p
