I'm trying to lose quite a bit of weight that built up steadily starting in fourth grade. The last years of high school I got it to stop increasing, now it's time to get it decreasing! No matter how slowly that happens.

I like knitting, crocheting, and attempting to sew things. I love reading and going to the library.

I've been at this for quite a while now and learned a lot about my body - What I find works best for me recently is to track my food but not my exercise. In my head if I see I've burned however many calories more than I've eaten, I figured I can eat more. So now I just focus on getting a good amount of exercise in at least four times a week and eating... not too much.

Every day is different and sometimes you just need a break or something a little slower. Sometimes you feel like you can lift a truck. Play it by ear and do what feels good - something I learned from Yoga with Adrienne.

Color coding on Weight History
What I've sort of figured out looking back at my weight history is that once you go orange it means you've lost 25% of what you're aiming to lose. Yellow is 50% and green is 75%. Red doesn't mean anything other than you haven't lost 25% of your goal yet.

At least that's my understanding, I haven't actually seen a guide so take it with a grain of salt, but my chart seems to follow that logic.
