Last week's comment: "So in my first week of faithful tracking I have gained 1kg. On an average of 1745 calories and 191g of carbs." Member recommendations have been to reduce both averages. I'm keen to see whether this has worked come weigh in tomorrow morning!

I'm on 1700 calories a day , it's not hard so far. Plus I really enjoy gym . This is a trial and error thing . So take your time and find out what works better for you . Slow progress means easy to maintain .

I agree with Lolo1612,slow and steady wins the race...remember,what works for one person might not work for you. trial and error is best way to see which method works best...all the best and know you will find what works for you.
