keao's Journal, 17 October 2011

Pleased with this weeks results lost a total of 8.5 inches in the past 4 times of measuring that's a boost I needed. Whilst gaining a inch on my thighs I suppose that's due to muscle working the leg curls and running. Would of liked a bigger drop on the scales though. Need more water I say this every week but I do.

This weeks figures:
weight 98.3kg
body fat 49.8%
body water 39.8%
Bust 43.5 inches = -2.5 inches
chest 39.5 inches = -0.5 inches
waist 45 inches = -4 inches
hips 46.5 inches = -1.5 inches
thighs 27.5 inches = +1 inches
upper arm 14 inches = 0 inches
stomach 44 inches = -1 inches
216.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find that putting a chart up like today every week when I weight in gives me a place to track it all I have to do is is go back though my journal entries to find it, copy it and update it. So I am not relying on fiddly pieces of paper (that I lose) for it.

Good job Keao! I haven't taken my measurements, never really thought about it... I'll have my husband help me keep track of them, thanks for the idea! Have a great week!

AWESOME! Hey, inches lost is superior to the weight reflected on the scale (although I know we like to see that scale number dive down too!! :D ) and proves how hard you have been working. A great accomplishment! Keep up the great work!
