Traveled this lst weekend and did not track any calories. I need to follow my rule of acknowledging how I feel physically after I eat something. Ate restaurant food Sat-Monday night. 1# gain.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
