I haven't been tracking what I eat regularly. I will start again. I have been slowly losing, which in my opinion is what works for me. I feel allot better compared to how I felt in October (when I changed my eating and fitness lifestyle) Hope everyone has a great week!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
