January 1st is the 1st day of the following decisions for this year.

1. No sweets this year. Imagine what a year without sweets will do
for me.
2. Committed again to vegetarianism. I never felt better last year
when I gave up meat. I will have a healthy heart and life.
3. Zackery will get 200.00 if I don't have any sweets this year. He
will get 50.00 if I fail. Also, if I have a 6-pack by June 1, he
will get another 200.00. I have much work to do.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
