Yesterday I got myself back on track! I was inspired to take control of my health again! I went to the YMCA and did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 45 min of weight training. I also controlled the calories yesterday too! I feel great today, and can't wait till 3pm, when I finally have a break in my schedule, so I can hit the treadmill!
