When I weighed in on Wednesday it was 164.4. But I have been so busy this week that I didn't get the chance to log it. A lot of the instructors were sick so I have been covering the group fitness classes and some of the Zumba classes. As of today I have covered 7 classes and adding my regular classes in that will bring me to a total of 14 classes for the week! I thought I would be so much more tired, but I have just been happy to help out. And the 23 bucks I make per class sweetens the deal. Not to mention that I love all my students so I have had lots of fun. Today is weigh in day at the gym for the 12 week challenge and I weighed in at 161.8. So although this is going to show a gain. I actually lost a bit of water weight. Y'all have a great weekend and I'm off to my last Zumba class for the week!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 118.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
