Ugh. I feel awful. I just want to curl up in bed for the rest of the week and pretend the world doesn't exist. But I have a lot of walking to do, a lot of writing to do, a lot of errands to do, just too much STUFF to do.

If I can make it through this week, next week will be smooth sailing. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
