Holy Moly! I basically JUMPED off the band wagon and got in over my head AGAIN! But, I have been inspired by a friend who simply decided to get her life on track again. She cut her calories and is running 2 miles a day or more if time allows. She is signed up for 15 5K's, 1/2 marathons next year already! WOW! She is great, and I am going to copy her style until I find my own! Fatsecret...I'M BAAAAAAACK!
