Can I say I'm impressed?
I put on one pound after my last weigh in to put me at 274 and I'm down to 269?! That's way better than I expected for this week! This just motivates me more to stay on track this weekend!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
