Slooooooow...my own fault. Still better than any gains. :) Haven't started exercising as such but now only use the stairs in my apartment block. And easily climb over 10 flights of 12 stairs at work. Happy weightloss folks.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
