Uhg! I have been way overeating and drinking every day. My bad days are overshadowing my good days big time. Why can't I just say no?
156.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ask that same question to myself. When I figure out the answer I will gladly share that with you. In the meantime what are your triggers that cause you to overeat on a bad day? Maybe focus on them and see if you can control them one at a time. If it was easy the dieting industry would go belly up.
