Fish and asparagus for dinner. Smoothie for bfast. Salad for lunch with eggs and sausage. No eating after dinner other than small apple.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
