Last night I ran/walked five miles. Seemed like most of it was walking, but you have to start somewhere!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Yeah, if I'm good and don't eat carbs, the weight falls off. If I so much as sniff bread, I gain three pounds. LOL. ;-)
