I ate a lot of sweets and bread during the X-Mas holidays. Trying to work it off. We exercised 5 days the week of X-Mas and we're currently working on 5 days the week of New Years.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
