Staying low carb. Ate eggs, smoothie, and chicken, goat cheese, and argula salad. I'm ready for a lowering of my fat. Keep up the good work and stay consistent. This is a long haul plan.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
