Finally a break through! After increasing bike time up to 20 plus minutes every day and drinking more water, diet drinks, eating salad nearly every nite and making sure I did not slip and sneak sugar....seems to have paid off finally. now to stay focused and on track!
312.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 127.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
