I think it is finally safe to say I've broken out of the 280 range. After bouncing off the high 270's so many times I was starting to lose hope for continued weight loss. I analyzed the situation though and I see that I tended to eat worse as I found the weight loss to stagnate, but to eat better when the weight gain kicked in. I still let myself have cheat days and I'm still struggling with eating for simply the joy of it, but it is definitely better moderated than before.
