I went out last night and got sick again. Apparently my body cant handle what it use to when I was in my 20's, along with the rapid weight loss. So I definitely managed to keep my cals down because I could not keep my food down. So..... I lost 2 pounds and I feel great this morning so I guess I'm on top. I have not pulled the bike out in a while so I'm going riding today my goal will be 10 miles. Never tried to go that long but I'm sure I can do it.
237.6 lb Lost so far: 92.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
